Building Communities.
Creating Systems.
Turning Ideas Into Impact.
Meet Tobore Anne Emorhokpor, MPharm, Assoc CIPD
I’m a project manager, community founder and systems builder with a passion for turning complex challenges into practical solutions.
My work spans community development, digital transformation, financial wellbeing and women’s empowerment. As Founder of Nigerian Women in UK CIC, I have built and grown a community that connects, informs and supports thousands of women across the UK.
Alongside my community work, I use my experience in project delivery, technology and operations to build better systems, improve how organisations work and turn ideas into projects that create measurable impact.

My Story
From Helping People to Building Systems That Create Impact
My journey has never followed a single straight line. I trained as a pharmacist, developed my expertise in people and organisations through HR and leadership studies, and built a career delivering projects and solving problems. Throughout every stage, one thing has remained constant: I am drawn to situations where people need support and something needs to be built, improved or changed.
Today, I am a project manager, community founder and systems builder. I am the Founder of Nigerian Women in UK CIC, a growing community created to help women navigate life in the UK through trusted information, connection, opportunities and practical support.
Building the community has meant doing much more than bringing people together. I have developed programmes, built teams, created operational systems, worked with partners and stakeholders, introduced digital solutions and turned community needs into structured projects that can deliver measurable impact.
My work now sits at the intersection of people, projects and systems. I am particularly interested in how technology and AI can help communities and organisations work smarter, improve access to information and turn good ideas into practical solutions.
What Matters to Me
At the heart of everything I do is a belief that people should have access to the information, opportunities and support they need to make informed choices for themselves and their families.
I care deeply about women and children, community development, financial wellbeing, digital inclusion and creating systems that make support easier to access.
My approach is practical. I don’t just want to talk about problems — I want to understand them, organise the right people and resources, and build something that helps solve them.
Beyond the Work
I am constantly learning, building and experimenting with new ideas. And when I’m not working on a project, supporting my community or disappearing down an AI rabbit hole, you’ll probably find me binge-watching a good TV series.
