I’m a project manager, community founder and systems builder with a passion for turning complex challenges into practical solutions.
My work spans community development, digital transformation, financial wellbeing and women’s empowerment. As Founder of Nigerian Women in UK CIC, I have built and grown a community that connects, informs and supports thousands of women across the UK.
Alongside my community work, I use my experience in project delivery, technology and operations to build better systems, improve how organisations work and turn ideas into projects that create measurable impact.
Helping People Turn Challenges Into Practical Next Steps
I have always been drawn to situations where something feels difficult, confusing or overwhelming and asking: what can we actually do about it?
That approach has shaped my work across money, business, community leadership and advocacy. I enjoy taking complicated information, making it easier to understand and helping people see the choices available to them.
For me, empowerment is not simply about inspiration. It is about giving people the knowledge, confidence and practical tools to make decisions for themselves and build something stronger.
Whether that means getting control of your finances, turning your knowledge into an income opportunity, building a community organisation or simply finding your next step, I believe progress begins when things start to feel possible.

Experience That Has Grown Into Practical Impact
My journey has never followed just one path. I trained as a pharmacist, developed experience across people, projects and organisations, and gradually built a body of work centred on one question: how can I use what I know to help people move forward?
Professional & Leadership Experience
My background includes pharmacy, people and organisational development, project leadership and community building. I hold an MPharm, am an Associate member of the CIPD, and have continued developing my skills through project, leadership and professional training.
Building Communities
Today, much of my work is focused on building communities and creating practical opportunities for women. As founder of Nigerian Women in UK CIC, I have helped develop a growing community where women can connect, learn, access reliable information and find support.
Money, Business & Opportunity
Through my financial wellbeing and Mich, Rich & Meg work, I help women make sense of money, develop ideas, build online offers, create digital products, understand CICs and explore ways to turn their knowledge and experience into opportunities.
Advocacy That Continues
Child protection and humanitarian advocacy remain an important part of my story. Although some of the organisations I previously led have now closed, the commitment behind that work continues through education, awareness and community support.
Different chapters of my career may look very different, but the purpose has remained consistent: helping people understand their options, build confidence and take practical action.
